Event Organization

Within Smith Communications we have an event team with experienced event managers and staff, who focus mainly on organizing (multi-day) conferences, award ceremonies, b-to-b meetings, galas, large anniversary celebrations and large (staff) events.

With our personal approach, we work on the various phases within event organization. First we determine the event strategy after which we proceed to concept development. Of course, we do this in close cooperation with our client. Then we determine the programming, the
location, the innovative elements, in short, everything to achieve the set objectives.

Since we also have PR and communications consultants on board, we can also ensure that the event is also highly visible to all desired audiences. Both through our own media channels and those of affiliated partners, and through the press if desired. Finally, we move on to the production of the day and on-site coordination. Our goal here is to completely unburden the client so that they themselves can primarily enjoy the event in question and focus on connecting with attendees. We are proud to be able to roll out and organize innovative concepts every year, as a result of which various clients have already placed several editions of their conference and/or meeting with us!

  • Ensures with the event team that everything runs smoothly during the preparations and organization of conferences and events;
  • With her Bachelor of Communications, she also ensures that event communication goals are met.

Lisanne Muskiet

Senior Event Manager

  • Has over 8 years of experience as a professional in the event industry, including at various venues;
  • Has been a Smith for almost 2 years and is held in high regard by all patrons;
  • Ensures with her accuracy, social skills and attention to detail that event preparations and organization run smoothly;
  • Obtained her bachelor's degree in Leisure management from the Hogeschool Rotterdam in 2014.

Vicky Smith

Event assistant & office manager

  • Engages as an event officer in the organization of large-scale events and press launches;
  • In addition, is the hub of our office, where, as office manager, she keeps everything running smoothly;
  • Has years of experience in hospitality and tourism and is therefore known for her hospitality;
  • For over 5 years, knows how to get everything right, both for our clients and for our own team.
