New hospitality concept on Scheveningen's Noorderboulevard
Today EVE Scheveningen was officially opened. The futuristic building of Hommerson has finally been given a new purpose with this new, multifunctional catering concept. At EVE, guests can not only enjoy South American and Asian cuisine, but also work and relax with a view of the sea and be surprised by music and dance evenings. On Friday and Saturday nights, EVE Scheveningen transforms into Club EVE, where themed evenings such as salsa, jazz and comedy are on the program. Well-known guest chefs will also cook regularly. The festive opening was performed by Saman Mohammadi of RE:BORN, operator of EVE, and Désirée Hommerson on behalf of the property owner, together with Mayor Jan van Zanen. Saman Mohammadi, owner of RE:BORN, is proud and says, "With EVE, we show that it is possible to transform a place with a challenging history into something valuable for the city. Contemporary hospitality concept
EVE Scheveningen is a place where visitors can go during the day to relax, have lunch or pop open their laptops overlooking the sea. In the evening it transforms into a lively restaurant. On selected evenings even to a stylish club with live music and DJs and with special theme nights such as a salsa, jazz and comedy EVE. The menu is carefully curated with a team of chefs to create dishes not yet served in Scheveningen. The fusion cuisine has influences from South America and Asia. The shared dining dishes on the menu include Ceviche of king fish with coconut, lime, samphire and radish or Vegan Tacos and Bao Buns. Also, every month a well-known chef comes to cook at EVE Scheveningen who leaves a "signature dish" on the menu.

Renovation second floor
After the summer season the renovation of the second floor of EVE Scheveningen will start. In the intervening months, the concept for this will be further developed. With this renovation, RE:BORN is taking the next step towards the total concept that will be launched in 2026.
