Unconventional approach to help organizations accelerate to hyperautomation
QuandaGo, the fast-growing Rotterdam-based software company - part of the VANAD Group - is taking a bold step into the market: the company is making its customer contact software available for free to help organizations move toward hyper-automation. This is the smart combination of technologies such as AI and process automation to automate entire processes. According to the company, traditional customer contact software is now "a necessary evil." The real value for businesses, according to QuandaGo, is in automating customer journeys, entire business processes and accelerating Business Automation through AI. "Why should organizations keep investing in systems that cause delays and additional costs, when the answer lies in hyper-automation?" said QuandaGoCEO Bas Nederlof . "We don't just want to sell software, we want to invest in the future of their business together with our customers." By making its customer contact software available for free, QuandaGo wants to help companies in their acceleration to hyperautomation. For more information see quandago.com/hyperautomation

Hyperautomation fastest growing market
The hyperautomation market is growing at lightning speed. By 2024, the global market was already valued between $49 billion and $56 billion, with projected growth to $198 billion by 2033. An increasing number of organizations in the Netherlands are also embracing hyperautomation as an answer to staff shortages, error proneness and rising operational costs. Hyperautomation leads to up to 30% lower costs and 70% fewer errors in operational processes, according to market research firms Gartner and Forrester. Yet for many companies, the move remains off. "They are still investing in contact center software, when that money could be much better used for true digital transformation," states CEO of QuandaGo Bas Nederlof. "QuandaGo now wants to remove this barrier. By offering our customer contact software - normally a hefty investment - for free to companies that want to take steps in their hyper automation, we want to send a clear message to the market: the required budget for software should not be a brake on progress."
The free software solution includes customer interactions via voice, chat, e-mail and social messaging and will be fully integrated into QuandaGo hyper-automation solutions with advanced workflows, knowledge management, process optimization and AiDA: QuandaGo's autonomous AI-driven customer contact agent.
Dutch market ready for the move
The term "hyperautomation" is not yet widely used in the Netherlands. Worldwide, however, 80% of organizations already have hyperautomation on their strategic roadmap. In the Netherlands, especially in sectors such as financial services, healthcare and retail, smart automation of customer and back-office processes is increasingly being chosen.
QuandaGo calls on companies to review their current contact center strategy. "We want to help organizations deploy technology strategically, not just operationally. By making our customer contact software available free of charge, we are making room in the budget and setting our sights on the future together," Nederlof said.
